Whether you have had a vaginal delivery or cesarean birth this guide will give you the foundational tools you need to begin healing your body, pelvic floor, and core during the first 6 weeks after baby.
In this course you will learn how to ensure a safe physical recovery after birth to ensure that your body and pelvic floor stay healthy for years to come.
The instructors
Dr. Tara Morrison is a mother, wife, creatrix, and medicine woman. She has devoted her 14 year career to exploring the mind-body connection and how it relates to whole woman health , recognizing that most women's health conditions and physical challenges have an unseen emotional or energetic root cause. After her own initiation into motherhood, she followed the call to start her own business, Inner Rhythm Wellness to midwife women through the rite of passage that is birth, postpartum, and mothering. She is passionate about serving women struggling with pelvic floor challenges so they can feel empowered in their birth experience, feel connected and confident in their bodies postpartum, and reignite intimacy both in and out the bedroom.
