For Prospective/New Clients Interested in Somatic Pelvic Care:  The first step is to book a complimentary discovery call with Dr. Tara.   You can use the "Find an Appointment" link below to schedule, and you can select either practice location to see my current availability.  Due to the integrative nature of our practice we want to make sure that our services are aligned with you and your goals before booking sessions. 

For Prospective/New Pelvic Floor Therapy Clients:  You can schedule and book your initial evaluation directly through this portal with Dr. Meryl.  If you are unsure which path is right for you, Pelvic Floor PT vs. Somatic Pelvic Care please book a discovery call with Dr. Tara first and she will guide you on the call into what is the best fit. 

*Please Note- a credit card is required to hold your appt.  No shows and late cancels under 24hrs will be charged $150.   We are an out of network provider, which means we do not directly bill insurance. We do provide super-bills for you to submit for reimbursement and also accept HSA/FSA and provide flexible payment options.  

For Current/Return Clients:  Feel free to book sessions via the "find an appointment" link.  Please note- For Dr. Tara's Wednesday availability you will need to select the Mercer Island location.
