For Prospective Clients Interested in Somatic Pelvic Care or Quantum Spine Energetics:  The first step is to book a complimentary discovery call with Dr. Tara.   You can use the "Find an Appointment" link below to schedule.  Due to the integrative nature of our practice we want to make sure that our services are aligned with you and your goals before booking sessions.  

For Prospective/New Pelvic Floor Therapy Clients:  You can schedule and book an 40 minute in-person Discovery session with Dr. Meryl for $100.  Please note- this is not an initial evaluation, but a time to connect about your symptoms, goals, and to create a plan to reach them.  If we are a good fit for you, please be prepared to book your plan of care at the end of this session.   

*Please Note- a credit card is required to hold your appt.  No shows and late cancels under 24hrs will be charged $50.   We are an out of network provider, which means we do not directly bill insurance. We do provide super-bills for you to submit for reimbursement and also accept HSA/FSA and provide flexible payment options.  

For Current/Return Clients:  Feel free to book sessions via the "find an appointment" link.  Please note- For Dr. Tara's Wednesday availability you will need to select the Mercer Island location.
